Shipping + returns
Clear expectations from checkout through the next cup.
Shipping
Shipping cost and the available delivery method are shown at secure checkout. Orders of $90 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Any expected handling window appears in the order confirmation.
Address changes
Contact orders@thrumcacao.com as soon as possible. Once a carrier accepts a shipment, THRUM may not be able to redirect it.
Food returns
For food-safety reasons, opened cacao generally cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, contact order support promptly with the order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate a replacement or refund.
Refills
Manage or cancel recurring delivery through the customer portal or order support before the next charge is processed. A shipment already processed may not be cancelable.
