Shipping
Shipping cost and delivery options are shown at checkout. Your order confirmation shows the expected handling time.
Address changes
Email byjasminebell@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once a carrier accepts a package, we may not be able to redirect it.
Food returns
For food-safety reasons, opened cacao cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, wrong or compromised, email us promptly with the order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
