Terms
The working agreement between THRUM and the people who shop, refill, or apply here.
Orders and payment
Submitting payment through the secure checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when THRUM confirms it. We may cancel and refund an order when inventory, pricing, fraud review, or delivery limitations prevent fulfillment.
Refill delivery
A refill purchase authorizes recurring charges on the cadence shown at checkout until canceled. Manage or cancel through the customer portal or order support before the next charge is processed.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, pricing, availability, net weight, preparation, and photographs accurate. Natural agricultural products vary by lot. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and THRUM does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Applications
Submitting a cafe, wholesale, affiliate, ambassador, or stockist application does not itself create a commercial, employment, or partnership relationship. Any such relationship begins through a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
THRUM names, marks, copy, graphics, music, and site materials are owned by or licensed to THRUM unless otherwise stated. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
